Wellington is the only place with ministries in NZ, so Ministry of Fire or Ministry of Flame gets my vote. It's catchy and relevant.
I'd also vote for a logo of the Beehive on fire, coz a) it's Wellington, b) who hasn't wanted to, c) it's distinctive and d) all the ferals will like it.
