What I'm seeing is that for handling and transfer purposes, a 200
litre drum is not an issue.   Storage around a home is a different
question.   Transport seems likely to be only an issue of what I would
hold still for.

I wonder whether a kitchen rubbish bin with a pedal operated lid work
to satisfy the 'not an open container' criterion.
