its an irritating sort of north wind down there at lunchtime, and there are lots of marquee frames around not sure if they are setting up or taking down. amphitheatre seems clear, tho if there is a night market tonight might be crowded? dont know. maybe they are just taking down stuff from the relay for life? anyway if the wind stays as it is i would maybe not be into it, depends on where is available.
