You contribute to the design and evolution of software for our big-name clients and work closely with the CTO. Your experience helps you to develop the team and your peers and play a large part in code review. Job Responsibilities - Be part of a dedicated and enthusiastic software development team delivering complex software. - Write clean and elegant code that’s backed up by comprehensive unit, integration and acceptance tests. - Find creative solutions to complex problems. - Follow the Scrum methodology where quick iterations and good feedback are a way of life. - Mentor junior team members and play a large part in the code review process. - Work closely with the CTO to help maintain the best development practices and understand technology trends that can achieve our goals. - Release and deployment activities. - Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development. We would like you to have - 5 years of senior programming in a commercial environment. At least 2 of those years in Ruby on Rails. - Agile experience and understanding. - Previous roles on large scale or complex projects. - Academic achievements.
