Sure. The quick and dirty way to do this would be to disable the home page widget, and the text field at the bottom where one usually enters phone numbers. Then, in the code, you could add the numbers you want your users to be able to call when the contact list is created.
Could you give us information and help how to do ?
I can give you more detailed informations (function names, lines of code, etc.) about what you should modify if you want. I think that you should join #openwengo on FreeNode so that we can communicate more easily.
