Yes. It's under Qt3 Opensource and VS 2005. I recorded
all the error messages and how they were fixed and
will  sure write something down.

Meanwhile, I changed SCons/Tool/mslink.py to include
the /MANIFEST /MANIFESTFILE linker options and try to
do a rebuild. Let me know if you think there are
something else I should worry about.
