Well, on Linux, yes but on windows we still need it...
If you need that in Windows, move the ffmpeg dir out the tree everyone
download, and grab it from there: that would benefit EVERYBODY,
including windows guys: what's the point in compiling again and again
and again those sources? they are not going to change, at least until
an upgrade from upstream.
