OpenSSL can be compiled using Visual C++ and just needs Perl for that
GnuTLS is a huge mess to compile under Windows (a lot of dependencies +
mingw needed) and I finally gave up. If somebody wants to try again...
/me wonders how you can compile GAIM _now_, since it uses gnutls
(maybe this is true only in Linux?)
