Yes, portaudio isn't compiled for Win32 yet.

Hmm, I think I should move it to the main file, so it is only checked once.

The scripts are from the KDE project, I have improved them and they will
be maintained at the cmake-modules project by Alexander Neundorf from
KDE and me.
