No, this is already done, but does not solve the problem, because this
special exception does not make the qt license compatible with the
openssl one. The problem is that we don't have the power to relicense
the qt library...

Why? -DUSE_GNUTLS (without -DUSE_SSLEAY and -DUSE_OPENSSL) is enougth
to convince owcurl to compile with gnutsl, then the only other place
to tune is wifo/httptunnel.
