buildow.bat which uses svn to fetch the trunk and build it
This will seriosly lower entry barrier for new developpers

- Interoperability
- Features
- Communication over IP
- Documentation
- Construction tool
- Audio optimization
Feel free also to mention ideas that do not fit in these ;-)
