There is an
issue for wengophone to handle REFER method. Wengophone receives REFER, sends
BYE to the sender; then issues a new INVITE to the target. After the dialog is
established, it can't be hanged up. If the other side hangs up, wengophone
will hear the hangup sounds, but can't stop it. It seems that wengophone opens
an audio channel and leaves it along.
