I am trying to debug the crash when doing LogOff/ChangeProfile on
wengophone-2.0 branch.
As far I could understand, the problem is that QtContactList is
destroyed when logoff is selected but the "phone line" going into
"disconnect" status triggers notifications ("status changed") for the
contacts on the contact list, which, in turn, send events to
CContactList, which uses _pContactList, which is no longer valid.
I think that such "status changed" events should not be raised when
logging off.
I would like to have some comments/suggestions from the people who have
worked on ContactList code and know it... maybe Philippe?
I attached a chart with the flow of signals to ticket #1174. I made it
to understand what was going on...
