Hi all, You may have seen this on the OpenWengo blog and openwengo.org already (http://www.openwengo.org/index.php/openwengo/public/homePage/news?payload[newsId]=0), but for those who haven't, I have great pleasure in announcing the forthcoming OpenWengo Summit, which will be held the 18th and 19th of January 2007.
I know this is fairly short notice, but I wanted us to meet early after Christmas during the 2.1 development cycle. With the 2.0 release out of the way, there will be a real opportunity to correct and fix many of the niggling problems that people on Linux and Mac have been having, and to set priorities for the coming months and further ahead. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone involved in the project - and I hope that you all are looking forward to meeting up in Paris for a couple of days relaxation. I have some budget to cover flights and accommodation for a few people - if this can help make up your mind to come, please mail me off-list. Allocations will be made on the basis of having the most active contributors in Paris. Please feel free to let me know your thoughts about this, and please let me know if you're considering coming - you can add your name to the wiki: http://dev.openwengo.com/trac/openwengo/trac.cgi/wiki/OpenWengoSummit - feel free to add ideas and suggestions for the meeting while you're at it. Cheers, Dave. -- Dave Neary OpenWengo Community Development Manager Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ Wengophone-devel mailing list [email protected] http://dev.openwengo.com/mailman/listinfo/wengophone-devel
