Thanks Jerome for saving me some typing. Let me add I find the "let's add flash into wengophone for having animated emoticons" idea being a close second in the "most useless features" contest, the winner being (IIRC) "let's add a full blown web browser to add custom branding"
QT 4 comes with a very interesting SVG support with moving elements that you can use I think to do funny emoticons. You would obviously miss the sound part of flash.
