I agree that this bug-report should be closed and the issue should be addressed
at a layer deeper...: The phone sometimes also crashes with the same exception
in other places of the code (last time I had this with a "user-profile-changed"
event!) So adding a try{}catch{}-clause everywhere a boost-binding could be
involved can't be the right thing!
But how to solve this? Perhaps there should be more checks in the code: Before
passing arguments to a function it should be checked, if the involved objects
really exist? At least this is my interpretation of this boost error: objects
are passed to a boost-binding that do not exist anymore. Right?
And at this place allow me one other question: What known projects are using
boost?
