Im also having the same problem when changing something in a UI file.
It is not recompiling the UI and not fiding the changes.
Any suggestions

First of all, you should switch to CMake, as SCons support is going the way
of the Dodo soon...
Anyway, there are still troubles from time to time (even with CMake) with
regard to .qrc handling. The simple workaround is to delete the file named
wengophone/src/presentation/qt/qrc_wengophone.cxx (in the build dir). This
will force the build system to regenerate it, including your updated image.
