Which version did you try?
If you're using the latest version (2.1.2 downloadable on
wengophone.com since friday) or 2.2a1, can you paste the last lines
of your system log (accessible through the Console application,
available in /Application/Utilities). To be sure that lines are
related to WengoPhone, launch Console, clear the log then start
WengoPhone.
