Ideally there should be a shared ipkg feed with 'all' as arch where
werc ipk belongs to.

Right now werc ipk's are already in various feeds (arm, armeb, i686,
mipsel, powerpc)

Unfortunately 9base does not build on uclibc platforms, so not all
optware targets can run werc.

However, the optware targets that can run werc are already a lot:

    Linksys NSLU2, Marvell Sheevaplug
    Buffalo, Freecom, HP, Lacie, Maxtor, QNAP, Synology, Western
Digital NAS
    Palm Pre phone
