Hi, sometime ago I hacked some rc script that processes all sites and imitates GET requests for each possible markdown URL. This enables me to generate static websites using werc that do not require CGI or cacheing presumably and hence one can use very primitive web servers if needed.
The script is quick'n'dirty and I'm using for some company website right now but plan to migrate all my werc setups to be static, because I don't use any dynamic aspects of werc (eg logins etc). My recommendation is to use it in the way input == output directory, otherwise you will need to copy the site contents to the output dir as well. *swerc sounds a bit like the German word Zwerg, which means dwarf. Let me know if you think it's useful or if you have some improvements. Perhaps Uriel is willing to add it to the werc repo.
