Thanks, fixed for both servers.
There was two problems: The COPYING.txt file simply was not present on the
server, so for 1.2.x an empty file appeared instead. The trunk server was
recompiled the last time almost a year ago, so it wouldn't even try to add
any COPYING.txt.
