My guess is that I started this campain with version 1.2.4, because I
installed version 1.2.4 six days before I started this game. I don't have
the first turn saved to see its info, but at turn number 5 of the very first
map, the info shows version 1.2.4. I also see the same version 1.2.4 in the
saved game with the bug.
As I understand it, the version that is used to start a game is kept in the
saved games until it is ended, even thru the various maps played.

It just takes very very long time to load. First, I thought it was hung up,
because nothing happenned even after 10 minutes. I decided to restart 2 maps
before and played them again. Fortunately, the problem was not as bad as the
first time and at the last map, I waited about 6-7 minutes, then the first
dialog appeared.
