Follow-up Comment #1:
I think the typical user wants to save their progress and delete their
autosaves. In both cases, this corresponds to the same button, which is,
appropriately enough, the affirmation button ("Yes"). If you don't like the
placement of the affirmative buttons then there is already a compile-time
option. You should either define or remove your definition of
"OK_BUTTON_ON_RIGHT."
