Follow-up Comment #2, bug #9264 (project wesnoth):
OK, I've discovered the problem - the event triggers when Alanin moves to row
38, but the map has somehow been cropped to have only 37 rows. This has
apparently happened in another of the Sceptre of Fire scenarios too (the last
one, Caverns of Flame), but I don't know what causes it. I blame the new way
to doing map borders.
