Details:
Even if you kill all the Death Knights, after you kill Aimucasur the end text
still tells you that the Death Knights fall to the ground. It would be more
consistent if there was different text which ommitted this if you've already
defeated the Knights.
I've checked the player changelogs for both 1.2.5 and 1.3.x and don't seem to
see any note of a fix for this, so apologies if this is not the case anymore.
