Details:
ToD changes are only visible in replay mode from the ToD graphic indicator.
In other words, if the replay starts at night, the map will be shaded in
night-colours for the duration of the replay, and likewise for other times of
day.
I can't tell how new this bug is, but the "random starting time" MP feature
has made this more visible.
