Follow-up Comment #14, bug #8467 (project wesnoth):
I think, the problem is that the python.dll alone is not enough to
re-distribute, but some more files are needed. Not sure myself which ones
though, as I don't have Windows nor know how Python works there. Probably all
files should be available here (everything should use the files for python
version 2.5):
