Details:
Currently, in linger-mode after a scenario has ended,
the menu-item "Recall" does not work.
It should, just to show the recall-list.
If you save such a game during linger-mode, and reload it,
recall is enabled, and the units have their movement back.
Also, I found my leader in the recall-list now.
