Details:

I'd like a way to refresh unit graphics once they've been changed via
[store_unit]/[unstore_unit].

http://www.wesnoth.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18347

Currently, to change unit graphics you have to use [variation]. But, if you
want to make a unit flexible enough to include several armor types along with
a ton of [attack_anim] for each armor, you have to include a variation for
each armor type, which includes all of the [attack_anim]'s.

The end result is a huge unit file. What I wanted to do is make a unit file
that includes 5 armor types with 10 attack variations. That makes a unit
within the save game something like 30,000 lines long.

It would be a lot more efficient if there were some command that refreshes
the image graphics, like a super [redraw].
