Details:
"Emulate" the mouse when holding some special key. I suggest the following:
Holding the right CTRL-Key for using mouse-emulating, in combination with:
-arrow-keys or num-pad numbers for moving the cursor
-left click with NUM-0
-right click with NUM-COMMA
