Follow-up Comment #15, bug #6519 (project wesnoth):
Martin's comment 'display.cpp:976 always sets "changed = true;"' might be
worth taking a short look at, but I have no problem if you close this issue
for now if it clutters the list of (fixable) open issues.
If it is easily possible to reopen a bug in this system, then I think you
could close it immediately instead of waiting two weeks.
