Details:
I've noticed that when I try to load an Heir to the Throne (I have not
checked with other campaigns yet) scenario that isn't an autosave (just the
main scenario save file), the game will load with only my hero and without
the ability to recruit or recall other units.
Temporary Fix: What i've been doing to fix this is loading the file in
1.3.11, and saving on the first turn. 1.3.12 then loads that save and it
works fine.
