Details:
While loading the scenario "a strategy of hope" of the campaign "liberty" a
got the message "The file you have tried to load is corrupt". Looking in
stderr.txt I saw that hero-icon.png is corrupt but it looks ok (same as in
1.3.12).
The relevant files are attached.
