Oh, I'm talking about, when you have a scenario that you made in your UMC
file, but you didn't properly put in the WML. When you try to play locally or
MP which checks all the scenario/era/etc.. files and you have a problem, it'll
bring up the error message. To reproduce it, just take any scenario and mess
up the WML so it will cause an error (quite easy) and attempt to play it
locally or MP. Any broken WML in any user made scenario/faction/era/etc..
will cause this message. It's that message which you cannot press OK on.
