I agree, we have a real bug here.
This unit have an incorrect description for the leadership, it should be
addressed.
Here some suggestions for the fix:
- clone the leadership ability, with an updated description. A different name
would be nice it it can me mistaken with the normal leadership that have
another value for the effect. An "leadership" ability that have different
values is IMHO unKISS.
- or by documenting explicitely in the unit description it has the leadership
of a unit of +1 level (but there will still be a description that can confuse
the user if you put the mouse over the ability name in the unit status
panel).
