Details:
In the tutorial, part 2, there is an advice to move a fighter to the eastern
village which will take 2 turns. If you do so the advice 'Tell A Fighter to
move to the far east village' and the label on the village 'Fighter to here'
stays on the screen and you don't get any further advices.
