Details:
Mythological was testing Elf War on the 1.3.14 server. Attempting to observe
the game resulted in an error message: "Unknown Scenario:
Elf_War_1_Broken_Pact". Clicking on OK drops me back to the MP lobby. It was
possible in previous releases to observe this scenario.
