Details:
The game list shows "Default Era" even if the reloaded game has been started
with a different era, e.g. "Extended Era". You can join such a game without
having the era installed. Although you see a lot of "ghost" units the game
seem to work. But after a while e.g. when a (locally) unknown unit advances
you get thrown out of the game with an error.
