Follow-up Comment #1, bug #10837 (project wesnoth):

- recruit anim still uses the default image, this needs a real recruit
anim...


- same with select anim 


the only code bug here is that all units starts facing north-east, which
might not be desirable, I'll change that to be random then assign to
zookeeper for WML fix
