Details:
Please extend the current check if a textdomain is placed anywhere in the
scanned files with a check to make sure that there is not just at least one
entry, but that there is one right as the first line of a file. If there is
just one #textdomain specified and it is not in the very first line of the
file, move it to the first line. If there is more than one textdomain
declared and none is specified at the beginning, print a warning and ask for
manual fixing. Several declarations per file are in general fine and valid,
but the first line should included a declaration to make sure that no strings
are missed.
