Details:
The manual provided in Wesnoth (English version of the html manual) has many
spelling mistakes and clear grammatical errors. I took the liberty of fixing
the more obvious problems with the manual and tried to clean it up a bit.
Mainly fixed a lot of typos/spelling errors, and a few very odd sentences.
Obviously this manual was originally written by a non-native English speaker.
It could probably use a more thorough cleaning at another time, but I think
these changes will suffice so that the manual isn't embarrassing to the next
stable release.
I've attached the .html file with the corrections made.
