Details:

It might be a good idea that wmlscope (or another diagnostics tool) would
keep track of the defined movement types, races (and maybe some others but
non that i can think of).
Then when a unit is defined and use a movement type (or a race) that isn't
defined anywere it could warn about usage of undefined values.

The usage of undefined movement type is a frequent cause of bug reports since
in that case the unit cannot move.
Usage of undefined race usually cause only minor troubles.

A movement type is defned by the name= key of a [movetype] tag.
In a unit ([unit] of [base_unit]) it is invoked by a movement_type= key that
matches the movetype name=.

A race name is defined by the id= key of a [race] tag.
In a unit it is invoked by a race= key that matches the race id.

Boths tags are usually son of the [units] tag.
