Summary: Failure loading one add-on causes subsequent
(alphabetical order) addons to fail to load

Details:
If one installed add-on contains error and fails to load, Wesnoth will also
fail to load the add-ons whose names are after it, in alphabetical order.
For example, currently the Battle Dome and Survival Extreme addons are broken
for 1.3.16. I have also A New Land, Extended Era, and The High Seas installed
(more, but these are enough examples). With all these add-ons installed,
Wesnoth will fail to load everything except A New Land. If I removed Battle
Dome, Wesnoth fails to load Survival Extreme and The High Seas. If I remove
Battle Dome and Survival Extreme, Wesnoth will load the all the other
add-ons.
Another evidence for this is that in the terminal output, Wesnoth prints
detailed error messages about the first failing add-on such as:
^Unexpected characters at line start at
/home/hagabaka/.wesnoth-unstable/data/campaigns/Battle_Dome/battle_dome_scenario.cfg:2
included from
/home/hagabaka/.wesnoth-unstable/data/campaigns/Battle_Dome.cfg:6
But for the other add-ons, Wesnoth only prints
error config: error reading usermade add-on
'/home/hagabaka/.wesnoth-unstable/data/campaigns/Extended_Era'
/home/hagabaka/.wesnoth-unstable/data/campaigns/Extended_Era
There are no messages saying what the errors are in those add-ons, and they
will load if the actually erroneous add-ons are removed.
One example output is attached.
