Follow-up Comment #2, bug #11143 (project wesnoth):
yesterday i installed the new version 1.3.19 but i still cannot change the
language. In 1.3.16 i didn't have this problem so i thought it was a problem
in the new Version ( complete Mac OS Binary 114,2Mb). Looking into the
package seems there in nothing inside
/content/resources/translation/{whatever language code}/LC-Messages. I don't
know if you have to install the language package now as an extra process as i
can't find any info about this.
