Details:

Making a final check on Dark Maze when I found this one.

I was using the following...

[unit]
        type={TYPE}
        x={X}
        y={Y}
        side=7
        upkeep=loyal
        moves=0
        random_traits=yes
        generate_description=yes
        ai_special=guardian
[/unit]

Was also using EE+EOM+Default

Side 7 is the shop keepers for the Dark Maze map, one of them was a Lancer
that was quick and resilient.

During the 5 local players moves the moves of the Lancer were listed as
0/11.

My guess is that when the turn starts quick requires the moves to be put at
max moves + 1, since they never moved without the traits.  Not sure on this.

The traits were added since shopkeepers could be attacked if players weren't
careful; to keep the balance between enemy and shop keepers if they did end
up fighting.
