Details:

When a [sound_source] is created on a map hex, it happens that when the
screen is scrolled around with mouse or keyboard, while the source hex is
still in the view area, the sound is rewind as if the origin hex had
disappeared from screen. Surely this is not the intended behavior; correct me
if I'm wrong.

A simple test case would be creating a sound source of ambient/wardrums.ogg
and listening how it gets rewind at every scrolling event.
