Details:
Steps to reproduce:
Get a Necrophage and some cannon fodder.
Get some experience to be close to AMLA.
Watch the HP count before and after killing a unit.
Also try killing another unit afterwards.
Another bug related to this:
Go get a scenario with maz hp changing potions.
Drink the potion and kill a unit.
Here the HP gets reverted to state it was without drinking the potion. Maybe
with one point added.
