Details:

Cavewall spills into keeps when they are placed next to it.

Here's a WML fix for this.

It should also fix potential similar problems with other terrains spilling
into keep hexes.

I didn't change the ruined keeps, as they would need new ruined floor
graphics (the current cracks are part of the ruined keep tower images. With
my change, the keep floor is drawn in front of the back two towers, and would
obscure some of the cracks).

The patch is against the 1.4 branch of SVN.
