Details:
Whenever someone uses your name, maybe just in the <name>: form instead of
just <name> to prevent accidental pings, or when you whisper to someone, it
would be beneficial if Wesnoth could flash whenever someone does this. I'm
not sure if this is OS dependent or not, but it would a nice feature to have
when grabbing someone's attention who has Wesnoth minimized. Maybe if someone
uses your name like <name>: the window would flash only for a second or two,
but if someone whispers to you, the window will flash until checked.
