Follow-up Comment #7, bug #11309 (project wesnoth):
original submission *did* mention it, however only in the title: add
*Display* option to turn off stanging animations. but - blueblaze pointed
clearly (*and* obviously unawarely), that when option A1 is in menu A, option
A2 shouldn't be in menu B, because a lot of people will simply never think
about it being there...
